At Sol Photography we treat every wedding as a unique event, documenting it throughout the day to tell the story of the day as it unfolds. Weddings are full of special and emotional moments that we aim to capture in a relaxed and unobtrusive manner, providing you with images that you will cherish forever.

Pre-booking meeting

Choosing a photographer for your wedding is an investment in your lasting memories of the day. It is a very important decision and you need to be satisfied that they can provide you with the style and quality of photography that you desire.   At this initial meeting we can discuss your photographic requirements for the day. You will be shown several full weddings to gain a better understanding of our work and will be shown examples of our high quality albums.

Pre-wedding meeting

We offer a second meeting approximately two weeks before your wedding to discuss the details of the day. The schedule for the day will be discussed so that there is no confusion on the day about when and where photographs are going to be taken. The meeting is also an ideal opportunity to provide a list of group photographs if they are required and any other questions can be answered.

The wedding day

On the big day everything would have been discussed and planned. All that you need to do is relax and enjoy your special day. We will be there to capture the day as it unfolds.

Seeing your images

We will provide you with all of the quality images taken on the day in both colour and black and white format, presented to you in digital format. From these you choose the final images that you wish to be included in your finished album. Once you have chosen your images, your album layout will be designed. You will be able to edit and alter this to your satisfaction and then it will be sent to print at our album makers in Italy. All of your images will be displayed on the Sol Photography website so guests can view and purchase prints at their leisure.

DVD Packages

These packages include a high resolution DVD including all of the images taken at your wedding.

Ideal for couples that would like to make their own albums.

 

Package 1 – £600

Coverage begins with the arrival of the guests for the ceremony and continues through to the beginning of the reception. Signing of the register, during the service (if permitted),

group photographs and many reportage shots of the wedding couple and guests will also be captured.

All of the images will be provided as high-resolution files on DVD.

Package 2 – £750

Similar to package 1 with the addition of further coverage.

Both the Bride and Groom’s preparations can be photographed and the coverage is extended up to the wedding couples first dance.

Two photographers to completely cover the day’s events.

All of the images will be provided as high-resolution files on DVD.

Storybook album packages

There is a choice of packages for the discerning couple. Both of these packages offer full coverage of your day by two photographers and are complimented by luxury, handmade storybook albums. The storybook albums are unique creations, individually designed to give you something special to preserve those special memories.

Package 3 – £1000

Included in this package is all day coverage of your wedding,

beginning with the Bride and Groom’s preparations and ending with the first dance.

Two Photographers covering the day.

A personalised DVD/CD ROM of your final selection of images.

A choice of images in Colour and Black & White.

Digital retouching on selected images.

All images available to view and purchase online.

Album design.

A Luxury handmade 30 page 8”x12” Graphistudio album displaying 30-55 of your favourite images.

Package 4 – £1350

Included in this package is all day coverage of your wedding,

beginning with the Bride and Groom’s preparations and ending with the first dance.

Two Photographers covering the day.

A personalised DVD/CD ROM of your final selection of images.

A choice of images in Colour and Black & White.

Digital retouching on selected images.

All images available to view and purchase online.

Album design.

A Luxury handmade 40 page 10”x14” Graphistudio album displaying 40-70 of your favourite images.

Package 5 – £1500

Included in this package is all day coverage of your wedding, beginning with the Bride and Groom’s preparations and ending with the first dance.

Two Photographers covering the day.

A personalised DVD/CD ROM of your final selection of images.

A choice of images in Colour and Black & White.

Digital retouching on selected images.

All images available to view and purchase online.

Album design.

A Luxury handmade 40 page 12”x16” Graphistudio album displaying 40-75 of your favourite images.

GraphiStudio of Italy is our first choice for wedding albums. Their quality is world class and the wide range of album cover’s, image layout styles, paper types and design options are outstanding.

With GraphiStudio you can choose covers in Leather, Satin Silk, Transparent and Satin Metal, all of which can be personalised according to your wishes.

Parents albums are also available in different sizes as are variety of paper types.

All of our Storybook packages have cover options included in the price. These are metal, transparent, silk and leatherette. Paper types that are also included are photographic and textured.
